I purchased a P1P in December 2022 and did not receive the gratitude pack to get 2 rolls of CF filament at $1.99 US what do I have to do to make use of this gift? I also did not get the $50.00 US voucher to purchase an AMS.
For all customers who ordered at least one of our printers after Kickstarter through our official store before June 26 2023, we have prepared a gift pack containing 2 rolls of carbon fiber reinforced filaments at $1.99.
Secondly I broke my camera and AP board during installation (Part of the gift pack supplied with the P1P) and reported this to Bambu Lab resulting in me having to buy a new AP Board and camera. Bambu Lab put a bulletin out on their official WIKI that they would replace the parts free of charge. How do I go about getting a credit for the parts on my store profile
Thirdly I ordered parts from Bambu Lab as a single purchase and also highlighted that the parts where going to be shipped to me in South Africa and had to sent as a single parcel, BL however split the order into two parcels resulting in me having to pay an additional $120 US for shipping via Aramex. I received an email reply from BL in regards this and they said they would load a credit on my BL store account, this never happened.
Finally, I ordered and paid for the BL P1S upgrade kit on the 13th of July and received an email from BL that the address I used was incorrect. I replied giving them the correct address and never heard from them again. The parcel has still not being sent to me.
If you are able to put me onto someone at BL customer care I would appreciate it so I can try and get all of my issues resolved.
When I received my P1P in Dec 2022 I had serious issues with print failures and eventually took the machine apart to find that the right hand bed linear rail was seizing to the rail. It was either this or throw the printer away due to the cost to return the machine to BL for repairs. I had a spare linear bearing and replaced it. From then to date the printer has printed perfectly almost 99% of the time. I now have noticed the left hand bearing is pushing out of the bed where the bearing presses into toward the top. Does anyone have a quick fix to press the bearing back in without taking the machine apart. I was thinking of using a gas plier to push the bearing back but think this may damage the bearing.
How many times must I sign up for the newsletter to get the code for the gift pack? Once a day or will the sign up on the day they announced this be good enough?
I ordered and got my X1C i april -23.
Got an e-mail with a code, a couple of days ago.
Now my gratitude filament is on the way. Getting it on tuesday the 1st of august.
I just got my email with the code but I did have to email BL, go back and forth a couple times showing my orders and account info. It look a couple weeks, but they did make it happen in the end
If you haven’t seen it by now, I’d strongly recommend sending in a ticket and (to save yourself some steps) include the Invoice of your machine.
Still waiting on the $50 Off the AMS, but I’m optimistic they’ll get it taken care of…
P.S. I’d ordered my X1C’s from MatterHackers and they honored it just the same. That might be why I had to send in the invoice, but seeing as every correspondence takes a week, I’d send in a copy from wherever you bought yours.

I was in the same boat, but after contacting CS was told that the early buyer (Non-Kickstarter) letters would be going out 24-July, but have yet to receive the email. Just sent a follow-up.
