Filament Has Run Out notification won't clear

Lately I have been using the feature where when a spool is about to run out I replace one of my other slots with the same color so it will switch to that slot. Then when it completes printing I move the new color to the original slot the one that ran out was in then put the color I took off back where it was.

When I do it this way the message from the assistant never clears. I can do more prints with all slots full of color and the message is still there until I restart the A1.

If I let the slot run out and then put a new spool in place of it when the error pops up it seems to clear, or at least it did when I used to do it that way. I just started recently doing it this way but next time I will try the old way and see if the error clears.

I have the A1 Combo with the AMS Lite and the latest firmware version
A1: 01.03.00.00
AMS Lite: 00.00.07.93

You don’t have to switch it the same slot,it will automatically start it from slot 2, 3 or 4 where ever you have it loaded.

Yeah I know, but I like to keep the same slots, I been printing babo parts and when I load the Job it has the colors in those slots. So I just move it so black is always top left, silver bottom left. lol. Its a me thing. I know I can switch it in bambu studio, but the point was just even after moving spools around the error still remained.

Can you post a pic of the error next time you get it…??
Usually, it gives you the option to hit Resume after you load in the new filament.

OK, I just caught the part about the Assistant, you mean it flashing red…??
I’ve noticed that in the past, you think that it would clear itself…but it doesn’t.
The print will finish fine though.

Yeah, it doesn’t cause any issues at all, just the flashing white light doesn’t go off and that assistant message won’t clear until you power off. Just a minor bug.

This happens to me on the X1Cs too. Unfortunately turning them off and back on has been my only solution also.
