I have an A1 Mini that the nozzle got clogged and in cleaning things out there was a broken piece of filament in the hub. When I removed the hub, there was a clear thick grease-like substance on the part then inserts into the extruder body. Is this normal? Does the spring or something in there need to be greased?

It’s supposed to be greasy, and I’m interested to know if you need to regrease it because I broke the whole thing and bought a replacement on Amazon

I am also wondering this and cant find information on it ANY.WHERE.
I think it’s technically the spring that wants the grease, given that a replacement hub unit comes ungreased. (buy an extra now btw that little sharkbite coupler or its tiny tabs on the cap are real easy to permanently damage, and then the whole thing will not stay together)
I’ve not regreased mine. If it’s doing something, it’s doing something really nonobvious.
