Filament is Purged Unnecessarily on One Color Print Job

AMS Lite used: Yes
Printer firmware: 01.04.00.00
Bambu Studio Version: 2.0.3.54
Filaments: Polymaker PLA and eSun PLA

Hi. I am at a dead-end with this. One most one color printing jobs, the my printer purges filament unnecessarily. But this only happens when the filament is from the A1 slot of the AMS; regardless of filament I put there.

Troubleshooting done:

  1. Factory reset the printer
  2. Moved the filament from A1 to other slots. No issues
  3. Used other filaments on the A1 slot. Same issue/behavior

Tested with the benchy that came with the SD Card of the printer.

Any thoughts?
