I’m using an A1 with an AMS Lite and I experienced a jam in the outlet of the AMS Lite Hub (as shown in the photo).

The print was lost, but I was able to clear the jam and successfully complete another one. My question, is what could have caused two filaments to be in the hub outlet simultaneously?

If it’s a preventable problem I would like to prevent it in future.

Thank you!

so what I’m guessing it one of two things

  1. when the filament was being pulled out it could of snaped and they was enough give to let it push the other one in two
  2. the sensors did not sense it and it thought there was nothing in there

i would say its one of those things that only ever happen once but if it continues to happen try updating your Pinter and if that does not fix it contact Bambu support and send them your logs as it could be a broken sensor

but i would not worry too much about it
