Filament jam in the right nozzle or above

Hi everyone, I’m having a problem with my filament on the right (bowden-)nozzle. The filament keeps getting stuck, and I’d like to know what is located above the hotend and where exactly the filament might be getting jammed. I would be very grateful for your help—perhaps there are even pictures of the interior of the right side of the extruder available, so that I don’t have to take the whole thing apart. Many thanks!

A tip is to change the PTFE tubeing, it’s pretty esay. My tube got destroyed with PLA still inside from printing with ASA hot camber.

Hi everyone, I ended up taking that section apart after all. It was quite a fiddly job! Since I mainly print with PETG and use PLA for supports, the PLA deformed, and I had to remove the piece manually.

Wow it managed to get PLA soft enough to jam it while printing PETG? Nasty. Especially since there are plenty of people who will use this machine exactly in this manner.

… maybe the problem actually lies with the person sitting in front of the printer!? Could someone perhaps tell me what settings you use to run this combination? I adopted the respective default settings for Generic PETG/PLA (220–270° / 190–240°) without making any changes. I set the bed temperature to 78°. I am very satisfied with the PETG print results; it is only the PLA—used as the support interface—that is giving me trouble.
