Filament not pushing through the Nozzle / Clicking Sound

Hello, I have like 500 hours now in my A1 and last night, filament suddenly does not load on the nozzle. The filament is stuck inside thus I cant do a cold pull and when I get to push a filament in, the issue goes back again when the toolhead is pushing in a new filament from the AMS.

I tried re assembling the toolhead itself. Extruder seems normal, nozzles are fine I guess. Please help I’m out of ideas huhu. TIA

this is the video of the clicking which happens every time a new filament goes through

This is what the nozzle looks like. Two nozzles are like this already

You need to heat the nozzle and push a nozzle cleaning needle into the nozzle end, then try pushing it out with an allen wrench. If you used something with a higher melting point than PLA, you’ll have to raise the temperature higher than the directions tell you for the extruder.

Follow the same steps here for the A1 mini

Next step, remove the extruder gears and clean them. They’re probably clogged with ground plastic because of the filament not feeding.

Sadly the same issue persist :frowning: Might order a new extruder but it’s kinda sad as I only had the printer for only 4 months

Although Im not sure if the extruder is the problem as the filament does go through if the nozzle is empty. All my 3 nozzle is experiencing this so I dont really know what the problem is
