Im using my H2D with Filament Track Switch, with the current beta firmware and beta bambu studio. having 2 AMS units in a typically setup.
I noticed when slicing the convenient mode disappeared, and the filament-saving mode remains (and the custom mode). But still think current filament-saving mode is not optimal, and is more like the convenient mode.
I have a two color print. Normally i would set color 1 to left nozzle, and color 2 to the right nozzle. The filament-saving mode does the same, but…they are both in the same AMS. It will save filament since it doesn’t need to purge the nozzle, but it still needs to unload/load on every color change, loosing time. Yes, it is bit of a user error but…
I would expect bambu studio tell me to re-arrange the filaments just like without the FTS.
