Filament pops out of connector during load

Hello,
The issue I’m dealing with currently occurs whenever I need to change colors or load a new filament. One end of the PTFE tube will always pop out. I’ve tried making the outer tip of the tube wider for a better fit and even pressing it in while it’s happening, but then it will just pop out the other side.

Attached is a video of it happening. There is also a rattling noise in the AMS, which is the first time that has happened.

Either the coupling is worn and needs replacing PTFE Tube Connector | Bambu Lab Global (these are handy to have as you can clip the black coupling out if any other break in the future across the feed), or the PTFE needs trimming off so its clean.

Firstly just trim 10mm off the end so its square and clean, test that. If its still doing it you’ll need to order the coupling pack of 3.

Thank you so much for the reply, unfortunately It does the same no matter if the tube is new. I have placed my order!
