Filament sensor always green, "pull out filament" error

I started having this error yesterday every time I start printing:
“Please pull out the filament on the spool holder from the extruder.”

The filament sensor is always green. It does not see that there is no filament inside.

The printing does not start and I can’t use the printer now.

If I take out the tubes and put the filament in and out manually, the sensor stays green all the time.

Have you checked if there’s any left over filament in the extruder?

Another thing to check to see if it jammed in the filament hub. I know this is the A1 Mini but it’s the same process for the AMS Filament hub

Omg thank you SO much for your answer, my printer is up and running again!! :heart_eyes:
I have checked the filament hub a few times previously with a piece of filament, but never with the unclogging tool. As soon as I pushed it in there was a bit of a cracking sound and the sensor finally reset!
