When printing a model that requires more than hour to print, the filament will stop feeding through the nozzle midway through the print. We have cleaned the nozzle and performed resets.

the last one that was printed stopped on 44th layer out of 160, but it varies on each print

What does it say as far as print status on the touchpad on the printer?
Some of the replies are based on the filament stopping but is that the case or is the printer stopping mid-print. A bunch of folks have been experiencing the latter.

we checked the filament spool and it is fine
There is no message on the app or on the screen. I would say that it’s a case of the filament no longer be extruded, but the printer is still printing, just without the filament.

On the home screen on the touchpad, the bottom bar should show progress. It should show a more detailed view in Studio.

Do you show progress like in left red box and get to 100%?
Does your AMS in right red box show the filament flowing from the AMS slot to the toolhead. In this example I am printing a generic tuquoise colored object. YOUR AMS should reflect which slot by a thicker line in the line from the AMS to the toolhead.
What do you show.? If needed pick some quicky model, slice and print

Yes it is. It’s the frame rate that makes motion look terrible and I just happened to catch it at the right time. Pure luck. When it makes any travel move it’s a blur.

All, thank you so much for your input and ideas. Nothing is working, and it’s irritating, after putting this much money out for what was supposed to be a quality product. I’ll be returning this tomorrow.
