Hi everyone, I am a new user and I cant find a way to create a new topic on this forum. can anyone help me with that? I cant seem to find a way. I need to solve a problem with my cutter which made fail my last print. many thanks
Welcome to the forum.
I would suggest activating the filament cutter manual. Next with the machine powered down (if you have an AMS) you can remove the top PTFE tube from the head.
