Filament stuck on spool in AMS

You need to be careful when handling and loading filament that the filament end does not go underneath any of the other loops. This is what causes what you are seeing. You can fix this problem by unthreading the areas where the end of the filament loops under itself. When storing filament make sure that the end is secured either through the hole in the side of the spool or with any of the many printable clips available.
