I am getting super frustrated here. I am using Bambu Lab’s own PETG-HF filament and this one particular spool is constantly throwing errors about being stuck. Then I have to go to the printer and unspool a little and have it resume. It doesn’t seem to make any difference in the print quality, but this 10 hr print is going to take months to print at this rate. C’mon, either give your feed motors a little more oomph or ensure your filament goes on in such a way that it doesn’t bind up coming off. And this was not a refill, this was a shipped on the spool from BL.
I’m having issues with the #1 spool throwing errors about failing to pull back the filament as well. Just the one spool. I’ve done two extruder cleans and checked the nozzle so I’m convinced this is a false error as there’s been no clogs or broken filaments. Maybe it’s a sensor?
I’ve been using Bambu Basic PLA each time.
I having the same issue when trying to use the AMS lite hub again after running without for a while. I just ran the hub for a couple of days when I got the printer then went single line. Im considering buying a ams lite so wanted to attach it again to prepare for the upgrade but its just giving me issues. I print completely fine with just a single feed tube directly to the print head but the second I throw on the ams lite hub the printer starts throwing off error messages that the filamnt spool is stuck. There might be a slight increase in resistance pulling the filament that is causing this but I have noe idea how to solve it. I tried the recalibration procedure and cleaned the nozzle which didnt solve the issue
