Filament stuck -searched all wiki and videos

Hi all. I have filament stuck in the housing (not sure exact name) where my nozzle and extruder are.
I’ve gone through many videos and wiki articles with no luck.

I have the A1 mini. The issue occured when I ran out of filament during a print.
I am providing a photo. I keep getting the message to pull filament on spool back, which I’ve done but I can’t get messages to clear and not sure how to proceed from here.

Thats annoying! I had filament stuck the second day I got my new printer. I tried everything but found the only way to get it out was to pull the whole head apart. Removing the gears and components and found a small bulge of filament that couldn’t go any direction even with a hot nozzle! Have you tried dismantling the whole head yet?

Using the touch screen, put the printer in Maintenance Mode (settings).
Heat up the hotend to 200* & pull the filament out from the top.

No, I have not tried that yet. I haven’t found a video that walks me through it on my ‘level’. lol

I’m not able to do that, because I cannot get the screen to go to home mode. I keep getting an action required message and if I do hit cancel, it goes back to ‘unloading’ filament which then takes me back to the action required screen.

How about going through Bambu Handy or Bambu Studio if the touchscreen doesn’t work?

keep this one handy.

the wiki is invaluable, keep it handy.

Try turning the printer off, wait about 10 min. and turn it back on.
(just turning it off & back on sometimes doesn’t clear the screen, wait)

Yep, tried that too. Everything just keeps circling back to the same error and same pop up screens.

About to go through each one of these links. Thanks so much.

I had a similar problem with my A1. It turned out that a small piece of TPU had gotten stuck in the extrude space. Right behind that cover with the sticker about removing the hot end. Took about minutes to get in and take a look. Another minute to find m tweezers and pull it out. The Wiki reference pages are great!
