I had to fix the filament tray by adding a support piece for the printer, just in order to fit the spool for the filaments i use
Bravo, that’s what I call a successful workaround! And Bambu Lab should claim again that cardboard spools do not work in the AMS. 
They never claimed that “cardboard spools don’t work in the AMS”. They recommended they are not used mostly because of the cardboard dust they create which can gunk up the AMS Feeder Gears.
What about the external spool holder ?

Take a look at the Hydra and the lid support mod. It would probably suit you better.
