Not sure if there has been anything on this or not. So I’m having this issue and because the filament is stuck it wont allow me to remove the parts or the tubing to even be able to get to it. Ive already had one hot end clogged up but this one seems to be clear. Is there any tutorial or topic on hear addressing what you can do for this? Any advice is welcomed. Thanks

If I understood right what you said, I hat to pull the ptfe out of the coupling from the filament buffer. After this I started the unloading of the filament and it worked well.

I will try this. Thank you.
When I had this issue, I did as the previous poster mentioned. Issue turned out to be a build up of tiny fibers in the filament buffer. Cleaned out, no more issues.
Before you start pulling it apart I suggest you manually heat up the extruder to maybe 20 to 30 degrees more than you usually use for the loaded filament. Then try to manually extrude some filament. In my case I got it flowing again and after that it retracted again just fine.
