I had this same issue for a while. I tried everything. I cleaned everything to the point you couldn’t find any pla in the extruder or hot end. The problem was I was running the same pla through the and 2 pro and p1s. So the pla was super ground down in and made it a smaller diameter. I cut back almost 3 feet and it loaded right it.
