H2S. When printing with ABS for example, the printer seals itself up and filters the air inside the chamber. When the print is finished, the filtering stops. This makes the assumption that any “dirty” air is filtered the instant it is created which of course is not possible. I would like to start cooling the chamber but turning on the exhaust fan to pull air through does not go through any filter at all – even a single pass would be better than nothing – and just dumps it out in your environment so I would like to filter it more before turning on the exhaust fan or opening the door.
In the Air Conditioning options, there is no choice for the recirculating air filter in the Cooling section, and the Heating section only allows changes to the part fan (and that’s a really strange spot in the UI for that). The only thing I’ve been able to figure out is to set the chamber temperature to 40 which counts as being heated and then turns on the fan.
Is the option for on-demand chamber air filtering staring me in the face and I’m missing it, or is this workaround how it must be done ?
