Interesting post…I didn’t realize (but I suppose it makes sense) that both AMS’s would not update. I will need to check mine.
Has anyone resolved this? My AMS stopped feeding properly, on all spools, after I updated the firmware.
X1C upgraded to 01.10.00.00 (claimed better RFID reading for AMS)
My AMS downgraded to: 00.00.06.75
My AMS HT upgraded to: 02.00.19.67
Every print now requires I hand feed the selected spool
Any suggestions on how to upgrade the AMS firmware, as the auto-update says up to date.

I checked the AMS firmware and that number looked very odd, so came here to check if I was the only one.
It feels like Bambu is introducing some obsolescence to encourage an AMS upgrads.
You can “roll back” to 00.01.06.62 using the Bambu Handy app (in theory) however I have personally avoided even doing the upgrade because I immediately noticed the version number made no sense, and verified in the Bambu wiki that 00.01.06.62 is the latest - I’m weary that a rollback would actually work correctly, but it would be nice if somebody would post that they’ve actually done this and made it work.
However, I can tell you how to avoid it and still upgrade the X1C: you just need to unplug the AMS before turning on the X1C, and this will allow you to do the X1C firmware upgrade stand-alone as the AMS obviously won’t be recognized as it’s not connected.
Thanks for that, I did resolve my problem, I was that 1 in 1000,000 who had a part in the AMS break at the end of the last print and just before I updated the software, only to discover it when trying to print a new part after the update. (it was a small gear feed assembly that gave out) The fact Bambu made a mistake on the firmware revision number, just complicated the troubleshooting process.
