I Have an X1C and since i yesterday installed the latest firmware i cannot print anymore!

In the AMS red lights are flashing, in de slicer and in the app the AMS ain’t there anymore, also it says the printhead fails, but WHAT it fails, that doesn’t say anything!

Advised was a reboot ==> done: nothing changed
Adviced “Factory reset” ==> done: calibration fails, doesn’t start up anymore!

I can’t startup, i looked in the app for a frimware roll-back, but if i chose that i get the message that there is “No content yet” allthough it SHOULD have saved it!

Please help… my printer is dead! I can’t use it anymore!

Submit a ticket with all logs and eventually a video record showing what you did as per instructions and lack of success. Ask for immediate resolution of the problem, and if problem persist, request replacement or full refund.

Can you connect to the printer with the Bambu Handy mobile app to downgrade the firmware?

Yes i can connect with the Handy app, but if i want to downgrade it doesn’t show former versions!

I did already, but i hoped someone in here knows this solution
