Firmware update and Filament issues

This is how my first print after the latest update looks like.
PLA Bambu Lab Filament stored in AMS with 17% humidity.

Do any of you have an explanation for this?

That looks like garbage! I wish I had an answer for you. Obviously some sort of extruded flow rate issue is going on.

Can you try upping the print temp?

It looks like a clogged nozzle.

Mines are doing exactly the same in sports mode.

The stock temp was 220c so I tried increasing it to 240c so the flow would be improved and I still had the same issue.

Textured PEI, Brand new Bambu Black PLA, 2nd ever print (so it cannot be a blocked nozzle, I even tried the 2nd nozzle it came with the same issue).

Just curious. Have you updated the firmware as well? What version are you on? I received my printers today and I’m getting the feeling that maybe i shouldn’t update the firmware.

I am on the newest version, 01.05.01.00

Thanks. I have to wait until I get home this afternoon before I can see which firmware the printers shipped with.

I think it is the silver filament. The next print with a different color was perfect again.

Maybe you need to pre-dry bambus filament over night

I have found the problem.
See the attached picture

.
The chip inside the silver spool is not correct programmed.
That explains why every print is bad.

The temperature in the silver chip is set from 220 to 220 degrees.
Normal is 190 to 230 degrees.
Therefore, Silver’s chip is programmed incorrectly.
