I’ve tried twice now to update my A1 firmware and it immediately says 25% then goes nowhere. I’m not sure what else to try here…

Same thing happened to me. Three attempts to upgrade to latest all stalled at 25%.
I received my A1 with firmware 01.03.x and it would not upgrade to 01.07. I upgraded to 01.04.00.00 with no problem. Then I was able to upgrade to 01.07.01.00.
In the linked troubleshooting page this seems to fall under “Specific firmware version does not support cross-version upgrade.”
I’m currently on 1.05 and same issue again now not able to update to 1.07 lol. I don’t really care though, and for many reasons I’d rather just stick to 1.05, but funny the same issue happening again.
Same situation here. Stalls at 25% until it fails after a very long time, or I cut power.
Support ticket wants me to observe the lights on the mainboard, but I’ll just stick to 1.05 for now instead, that’s a lot of teardown I don’t want to do right now.
Factory resets, disconnecting AMS, hosting wifi from my phone have not helped.
Seems the latest offline firmware updates have not been published either.
