Did start an update of the firmware this morning and when I went back to the printer to see the status I got the imfortation on the screen that the update did not work and was suggested to restart the printer for a new trail,. I did so and after thet the printer does not work, it boots with the bamby lab logo but the screen goes black, it seams to be goin in to a loop trying to restart ( screen showing the logo, turns black , show the logo, turning black … what to do ??
Did try to make a service ticket but I can upload the log file from the printer (can’t access it) as requested so it’s not possible to register a service ticket …
