You need to buy everything depending on what you already have in spare :
- CHT nozzle from aliexpress
- hotend block from aliexpress
- ceramic heater from bambulab/bambustore
- thermistor from bambulab/bambustore
- colling fan for hotend from bambulab/bambustore
- silicone sock from bambulab/bambustore
