I’m a little confused about my bambu lab X1C on the topic of LIDAR/First Layer Inspection.
On my first prints integrated into the bamboo lab he made them without worries, I validated them before launching the print and he executed! But on the prints sent by Bambu Lab studio, when he prints them he does not do the inspections, despite the fact that the options are well checked at startup on the printer and in the options. (first layer inspection, flow calibration).
Every time the print starts it does the leveling fine if I ask it, but right after it doesn’t look at the plate label, it doesn’t do the line pattern for the lidar and it just goes straight to the 'impression.
I missed an option in bamboo lab studio? (I searched but couldn’t find anything)

Hello, I found my mistake, on BambuLab Studio, the default settings are “BambuLabP1P” so the files sent were designed for a P1P that does not have LYDAR.
Thank you for your attention.
I have had my X1C for 5 days now andI just realised I had the same setting active when slicing, it was driving me mad, how Bambu Studio could change it to a P1P when I have the X1 Carbon and I selected this printer at set-up is beyond me.
I will have to check this setting every time I slice now.
Is there a setting to check for the AI scan of the first layer?
Yes, if you have multiple printers or nozzles, you will need to check the setting before every slice.
If you only have one printer and one nozzle, select the gear icon on the Printer line, hit Clear All, and then check only the machine&nozzle that you have. That will prevent this type of mistake on your projects.
Projects (.3mf files) downloaded from MakerWorld can still change that setting, so you will have to check that setting (and all others) before printing those projects. That’s the whole idea behind using a MW project file - it contains all the slicer settings for a particular model.
First layer inspection can be set from Studio on the Device tab using Print Options:
