Could you share a picture of your first layer test? I have launched the assistant calibration called “Auto Bed Leveling” and for each print, I always select the “Bed Leveling” and “Dynamic Flow Calibration” options.
it’s way better now! I need to clean the bed and raise the front a bit. (i was using a pla high speed profile on regular pla and having really rough infill close to the edges)
Btw since we only adjust 3 screws for bed leveling, that happens on the corner that has no screw?

I have the same issue. I didn’t buy Bambu Lab PLA because I have a lot of leftover PLA. Other colors print fine, but the black PLA consistently has an under-extrusion issue across multiple brands. I know someone who had the same problem, but it disappeared after they switched to Bambu Lab black PLA.
I was having an issue with my quality and first layer. Discovered that the 3 screws holding the hot end had loosened. After tightening it seemed to fix my issue.

For the record, you, actually, can set Z offset on the a1 printers.
In the printer presets, go to edit, and there - to the “Machine gcode” label.
There, in the “machine start g-code” window, you should have the following line:
G29.1 Z{-0.02} it is the Z-offset. If you give a smaller value (-0.03, -0.04, etc.) It would bring the nozzle closer to the surface.
