Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? I haven’t changed any settings from flawless prints.
I’ve changed spools and same problem.
I’ve changed plates and same problem.
I’ve cleaned the plates and same problem.
I swapped the nozzle out because it looked worn down and same problem.
I’ve done the calibration and have it do it prior to every print and same problem.
I’ve repositioned the print on the bed and same problem.
I’ve tried different prints and same problem.
Hey Hey, I have the same issue with the new Firmware. I downgraded one or two versions then it was gone. Its just annoying that the printer always want to do an upgrade. Sometimes happen by accident that I confirmed it and then had the same issues until I understood its the FW again.
It says I have the latest version (01.04.02.00) and as far as I’m aware, it isn’t pushed a new update since this started happening. I could be wrong though.
Edit: ooops, thought I read to update it. I’ll try downgrading after I see if something else was the issue.
I believe this has/had something to do now with the bed level. Even though I’ve gone through the manual process multiple times, it’s still happening. I have tuned it so the outside of the brim/support comes out perfectly, but once it starts doing the infill, it’s laying down like a very very very thin layer for the first 10 seconds or so and then still not so great afterwards.! Seemingly has no issues if it’s a smaller print that I can keep centered.
