This is the first time I see an issue like this.
The filament is Overture PLA pink.
I ran the calibration utility but nothing changed.
To the touch, the nozzle unit is not rigid with the extruder, and the extruder is cracked.
It time to replace the extruder.
Did you check with another filament?

I also had the same problem, and it was suggested to me to print without top glass and with the door open. It seems that the problem is excessive heat. I haven’t tried it yet
Problem solved. The extruder was broken.

What part of the extruder was faulty? Do you have any picture
