Good morning, I have a problem with imperfections on the first layer but only in one part of the bed, towards the more accentuated bleeding towards the right corner
It shouldn’t be a problem with the plate because the problem is the same with both the Pei plate and the Cool Plate, and I also tried putting the dimafix on, nothing changes
The “wave effect” defect is then attenuated with the upper layers but only after 10-11 layers it disappears, an effect that smooths out the imperfections
P1P open, level plate, Sunlu Matte PLA material, Generic PLA setting, also reduced speed.
I attach an image of the bad area (image 1)
The strange thing is that in the rest of the plate (image 2) the layers are beautiful…
What can it be?
Thanks in advance for all the advice
Filament usually only ‘waves’ like that when your printing too close.
I don’t know anything about the P1P (I have an A1 Mini), but I would say that the bed is not level on that corner.
Hi, thanks for the reply,
What do you mean by “too close”?
and how can you level a corner of the bed? I already did automatic calibration…
and the problem also occurs when changing plates…
looks like flow rate to me. you can set them under Calibration
I’m not sure if the P1 process is the same as the X1…
Hi thanks for the reply
but if the flowrate had been out of calibration wouldn’t it have caused problems across the entire platter? not just sun 1/4 of it?
I had however done the manual test by printing the 20x20 mm cube and measuring the walls and then setting the flow, do you mean this as calibration? I have a P1P it doesn’t have automatic calibration
ok, I’ll try to find out if it can be done for P1P too…
thanks again
Sry für die späte Antwort, im Bambu Studio
had the same problem. i just changed the filament and it worked again
Thanks for your reply
Which filament was causing the problem? and which one doesn’t give it now?
Did you have the problem only on one part of the plate? because mine is a problem only on one side
