So i keep getting a message that my first stage motor is overloaded, I have no tangles, the rollers in the ams roll free, i replaced the cutter, cleaned out the extruder motor which was pristine, but i still get this message. I contacted bambu labs on this, and nothing has been done. I sent them a picture of the error and still nothing. Seems like the motor on the first stage is failing. It does this every 5 minutes. This printer and ams is still new, and i dont see any wear and tear on the first stage. Ive printed perfectly, for 6 months straight, then this starts happening. Have you guys gotten better customer service with Bambu? Probably what im gonna have to do is buy another first stage for the AMS. I wouldnt figure the first stage wouldnt have gone out so soon. Anybody have this problem before?
