I went to use Bambu handy on my iphone after not using for a while & found it will not load any content whatsoever and whenever I try to login I get “Unable to connect to server, please check network or try again later”. The network for everything else on my phone is perfectly fine.
I’ve tried absolutely everything & nothing has worked & I even get the same issue on Bambu handy for my ipad (newer iPad Pro 12.9"). I’ve updated the version, checked it has access to cellular in settings, everything. And according to the Bambu network status page there doesn’t seem to be any outages.
I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled multiple times, absolutely nothing works. Does anyone have any idea what gives/what’s going on? This is getting really frustrating, I’ve looked online & tried everything mentioned on any posts which seem to be for the same issue.

Followed the fix from the below post and FINALLY was able to resolve the issue, renaming your iPhone/iPad to remove any special characters fixes the issue as supposedly since version 2.15 the app throws an exception if the device name has special characters:
