Flow Dynamic and Flow Rate calibration names need a character counter to prevent entry >40 characters.

Ran into this while doing some filament calibration. I was trying to use this n…ame for one filament. ``` 0.4mm HF - Bamby PLA Basic FR Calibrated Cyan 1234567890123456789012345678901234567890 <-- (40 chars) ``` And this error pops up when I clicked finish. <img width="506" height="228" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/cf280da4-28f4-4dca-acc0-6a3cd4dcde7b" /> Ok, fine, string limits aren't something unusual. Could we please have a 0/40 char counter on screen, so as we type we know if we're within allowed parameters? If we do get to a 40th character the GUI should stop taking further input. This happens on **both** the Flow Dynamic preset, and the Flow Rate preset pages. Thank you.
