I can browse items created by creators. I can follow those creators.
Where is the list of people I’m following?
How do I get to the creators’ pages to see all their creations?
Is this “follow” button literally just a staircase that doesn’t go anywhere?
On your homepage on the left.
Also if you dare, there’s a “community” thing on MakerWorld and can be seen in the upper navbar, just after MakerLab
there, in the “Following” section you can see posts made by them, including new model announcements:

I browse models, follow creators there, and that’s it. Clicking the creator does nothing.
The creators’ icons are clickable but don’t do anything. That’s what I’m referring to.
And no, the area you referenced (on the website) isn’t a list of who I’m following, it’s a live feed of posts made by people I’m following. It isn’t at all what I’m asking about.

Another option outside of the Studio application is the Handy app.
First click Designers
Then click Following

I was wondering the same thing, and what users are showing below is not in the Bambu Labs app. You have to go to the online version, sign in to your account, go to MakerWorld, and then go to Community tab as suggested, and then on the left side towards the bottom, you will see the follows section. I know this thread was from January, but hope this helps someone else who was looking for the same thing.
I would like to add when you go to the follows section and click on any of the designers you are following, it will take you to their feeds; however, then you can just click on the designers profile, and then you will be taken to their page with all their designs.
