I feel your pain my printer was delivered to there warehouse on the 14th and I have not heard anything from them either. and I need the refund to purchase a replacement. from opening the request to return, it has been 21 days.

And you’re the only ones in the whole wide world this is happening to? :man_facepalming:

Since there was no reply from Bambu for over a week even just to say its going to take longer please be patience so we don’t feel like we have been mist or forgotten. it is nice to know we weren’t the only ones hence not forgotten but just part of a bigger problem which would hopefully get sorted in time which is how I took it.

hopefully to make you feel better (they haven’t forgotten about us) I finally got my refund today but not the $80 voucher that will take longer they said.

It’ll be a slow process everyone. There is a large volume of returns and a staff shortage. The process of going through and validating every packaged printer returned is not that easy.

I submitted a simple support ticket requesting a new tool head for our X1C and that was February 2nd. I received a response for more information on the 23rd (End of 1-year warranty) and responded promptly and still haven’t got a reply and now out of warranty.

Patience is key for good service

The discount code will cause BBL a small loss. Because supposedly it can only be used for a new printer. And as long as no one has the code, no one will buy another printer. And if everyone gets it at the same time, many will want to buy and will have to wait again because they may be sold out or the delivery times are endless. So we can only wait and see.

You are also reliant on your local holding company/warehouse , just like any other online purchases / return, to validate the state of the return (good , working , damaged ) before it can or will be processed by bambu lab

Did you submit a ticket for the A1 replacement? I filled out a Google Form looking thing. They got my printer on 2/12 and I haven’t heard anything. I’m wondering if it’s because I don’t have a ticket on the problem.
