Force sensor 2

1 month old with about 40 hours on it. Anytime I try to print I get this error. Force sensor 2 detected unexpected continuous force. The heat bed may be stuck or the analog front end may be broken. The nozzle will be rear center and the bed will raise into the nozzle 4 times before failing to this error. I have seen people changed different parts like the Heatbed Sensor Interface Board or the Heatbed Signal Cable. So far no response to my support ticket. I looked at the wiki on how to change these parts and there is no chance I am going to do that considering it’s still within the warranty period.

Still no response from Bambu. I have a $1,500 paper weight.

I’ve had exactly the same issue and identical error notifications. It started a little over a week ago. Submitted a ticket through the app, photos that I initially uploaded had to be converted from HEIC to JPG and re-uploaded, although no problem with the video.

They contacted me after 24 hours (last week) and offered to send a new heatbed. They asked for more information and videos, which I have provided (I was travelling and needed to return home before uploading more photos). I am waiting for them to confirm before sending new part.

Hi @Squiggster did this solve your issue? Was it an error in heatbed?

@renover was your error solved? If yes, how?

That sounds incredibly frustrating. It’s disappointing when you’re facing issues with a new printer, especially with no response from support. Hang in there, hopefully Bambu gets back to you soon to resolve this!
