So ive just bought an a1 mini using gift cards which i obtained from makerworld and also from the A1 refund which is 120$. I will say this is an absolute game changer.
Not quite the same, but I bought an X1C + AMS combo and another AMS right before the anniversary sale. I got about 200 euros in vouchers to make up for the sale price difference, which I used to buy an A1 mini. Obviously I still paid for it in the end, but it’s still 2 for the (expected) price of 1

Well done for the free printer - I’ve been saving up mine for something like that too. Just in case you didn’t know - you can use gift cards for the shipping too. I only recently found out that if you don’t use up the full balance of a gift card the remaining balance is available for the next order using the same gift card code.
