Fuzzy skin Issue

Hi, Is there a known issue with the Fuzzy skin?
When I use Bambu Studio 1.9.7.52, sliced model as well as printed model has bulging on the edge of the transition between the surfaces.
I’ve printed the same 3mf through Orca Slicer 2.2.0 beta and there is no issue.
Below few imags of the problem,

BAMBU STUDIO

ORCA SLICER

Same slicer settings
I know the solution, it is to use Orca to print models with Fuzzy skin. I don’t want models that I upload to MW to print badly for people who print from the app or Bambu studio.

There are some fuzzy skin changes unique to orcaslicer, but it could be a setting. If you can upload the .3mf I’ll take a look.

Foregrip 10.1 M-LOK.3mf (6.3 MB)
This is one of many files that show this issue. I know it is Bambu studio only issue. I’ve tried older version (1.8.4) and it showed the same artefacts.

I don’t at all dispute that it is a BS issue, what I need to find is where it was fixed in orcaslicer and see how portable it is. Sometimes they are easy fixes to port, sometime not.

Thanks for the 3mf, can’t look at it just this minute but I will.

@hottr I haven’t been able to bisect it in orcaslicer yet, but I see the behavior is quite different if you use arachne, can you switch to that in studio and do a test print? I’ll need to try some more orcaslicer versions.

Arachne did not help in 1.9.7.52 did not help, BUT latest beta (1.10.0.81) is fixing it,
I guess I will have to wait for the official release before I can upload them to MW.
