FYI: $80 return voucher

I’m asked support and HIGHLY suggest others to ask support this. “If the voucher can’t be applied before you get it. Is there a way where I can at least get $80 refunded to me AFTER you get the A1?”

IMO they don’t have anything to lose. You get the $80 refunded for the new printer to you after they get the A1 printer. If you don’t send it, you don’t get anything. So maybe this will allow those of us who can just buy the next printer now and get the $80 later.

Also holding off on the them until after isn’t good imo because if you get a $80 voucher now, then that should opt you out of the $120 and the free heatbed. Like there is a few ways they could’ve done it so it’s risk free and painless free for all parties

yeah, this would be great. i got the A1 combo, and as i never used the AMS getting the P1S for barely any extra seems great, as the enclosure is something that’ll be very useful.

Having to wait until they get it seems painfully long.

I have a a1 combo can i send it back and get all my money back i used it a few time but it dont work oke so can i return it now and get my full money back?

Yeah, basically. If you go to the blog post (A1 Recall Update) and go to the link to submit it (Sign In - Bambu lab) you can get the full refund. And having checked the reddit post they also confirmed they will pay for shipping, so it seems perfect for your case.

Yes Its a recall on all A1’s.

Not the mini. Just the normal A1. And yes if they bought the combo then it all will be refunded.

I didn’t mean to imply the mini, I meant all A1 units. Sorry if that was misunderstood.
