Gap between colors on top layer

I have a bambu a1, and I’m trying to print game pieces with two colors on a flat top surface with ironing, however there’s usually a gap between the two colors, about .5mm between them. The gap doesn’t seem to exist between the layers underneath the top surface, and it’s not on every piece I print, but it is on a lot of them. It also sometimes has a very blobby top glow layer.

I’ve tried playing with a lot of different ironing extrusion percentages, ironing line widths, calibrating the flow rate and flow dynamics, and onne of those seem to have an impact. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be going on?

Here’s the 3mf file where you can see the problem, it usually happens on at least one of the four enabled pieces, between the topmost inner and outer hexagon

The files used might have some geometry problems causing that issue.

Slicing preview of the file reveals the gaps

They can also be seen in the model view

It is recommended to double-check the files for any issue, and ensure the alignment is correct.
Using a 0.2 mm nozzle for this print could also potentially give you better results as the small features will be printed easier.
