It’s a little tough with the community, or lack of, here on the Bambu forums. I feel like a lot of the people we get in here are folks needing some sort of support. There’s not a whole lot of just community engagement, hanging out, type stuff. I’m not always sure the best ways to encourage more of that. I’ve tried several threads in the past, and they do okay, but still.
It hasn’t helped with some of the larger issues, and how they’ve fractured opinions, or pushed people away. I mean some of the moves Bambu has made, that have frustrated the community at large.

The question - which I can no longer answer because I’ve been here too long - is: How easy is it for a newcomer to find the forum? This question comes up again and again for the Bambu Wiki, too. How many people come to the forum who have never heard of the wiki.
Then there’s the topic of the mobile app… As far as the wiki is concerned, its lack of visibility has been mentioned many times. But what about the forum? I have no idea.
I suppose many people don’t even realise the forum exists - to them, it’s just MakerWorld. It’s only when problems arise with the printer that they start looking for help. Many users also say they go to Reddit first.
…or it could be put more simply: From today’s perspective, the forum seems too old-fashioned.
As I said, I don’t know the reason - these are just thoughts running through my head right now. Since I’m also registered on other forums, I’ve noticed the same trend: active user numbers are generally declining, and people tend to just drop by and leave - not the total number of users, that often goes up.
These days, most people use Discord and similar platforms a lot.

Based on how many brand new accounts come here whenever there is anything controversial to be discussed, I would say it is extremely easy.

That said, I suspect - and I emphasize, this is just a suspicion - that many of these aren’t new accounts, but rather secondary accounts that approve each other.
…or what you’re describing: Reddit: whenever something controversial is posted here, someone always posts direct links to this forum on Reddit. We’ve seen this happen many times before: users don’t even try to hide it and say they were directed to a controversial topic straight from Reddit.
