General question [Support wait time]

Who else has been waiting 9+ days to get even an initial response from support? Just curious…

Many people, just take a look at the forum. Of course, we don’t know what percentage of these people represent all support requests. You have to wait patiently, or if you can make a big fuss on Reddit/Twitter, there’s a chance a Bambu employee might respond, saying it’s unacceptable and take care of your case. :grinning:

The issue is that it appears to be a dead AP and of course I cannot find anywhere that I can buy one for an X1C. Then there is the post repair nonsense which of course means what should be a relatively quick repair will end up being a month long, if I am lucky, process and that is completely unacceptable.

I did scour the forums looking for answers since customer support is less than helpful. One red LED, no blinking LED. The display doesn’t show anything including backlight. 24 volt PSU is solid. I see flashes of life elsewhere but the with the device has been useless. Unless I’ve missed something it appears to be an AP. The fact I cannot just order one and move on speaks volumes about a closed system run by a company that seems content to make influencers happy but not necessarily a customer.
