Hi, first is that this doesn’t declare why the additional parts are not send. Plus the current ETA is for current orders… So this is not really a good comparison.
same for me, ordered for Shipping to France on 17/11, I have received filaments but not printer yet.
and not status update. initial ETA fro printer was 5/12, but it does not show as shipped…
Described in the Europe store as (for printers ordered today): before January 10th, which perfectly indicates on-demand from China for sea freight. In addition, there still probably about the same price drop as on Black Friday, so it was may more of a price adjustment to the market than a one-off promotion. So it might just be a bottleneck for calibration. Price reductions always affects the demand and how much the difference is always very difficult to say…
Of course but more intressting, is there only a single person waiting on an A1 combo order? Well, still just the combo on sale Let the CFO do the math and than the CEO will take action…
Depending on the company and the items ordered, shipping times can vary. Delays can happen due to various reasons, such as high demand, customs processing, or logistical issues. Patience is key, but if you feel it’s taking longer than usual, it’s reasonable to seek more information.
I am still waiting for any information regarding the order I placed on 11.12.2023. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) was the 22nd, and I have yet to receive an answer despite sending five emails and submitting a support ticket. The support ticket has not been answered for five workdays. Is this level of support and delay normal for this Company?
Guess so. If you are based in Europe, delays in delivery might be caused by extended shipping time of containers, if they are on board of MISC, COSCO, HL or other owners/container lines, which are now routing their ships via South Africa, instead of Red Sea/Suez. But that does not mean that Bambu should not reply. They should provide a general statemment on weekly basis concerning suppoort level, delays… @SirWill
Hi, no, that’s not the problem. I have received a response now.
I wrote to customer support stating that the ETA provided in the email differed from that on the order website (EU Store).
I received a response with a question about canceling the order (I did not respond as I do not want to cancel). This was on December 28th. No reaction until January 11th, when I received a message stating that the item was not sent because you did not respond!! I immediately replied; however, for the past 5 days, there has been no response to the support ticket or the replied email.
Is communication with support normal? Should one expect to wait 1-2 weeks for a response when facing a problem and needing support?
