Getting ahold of eSun PLA matte white

Hi,
I try to get a good print job with eSun PLA matte white, but I cannot get a first good layer to work and the top surface looks crappy as well.

Default Flow ration is 0.98 with an initial layer height of 0.2 and a width of 0.5 (0.4 nozzle). Heat bed is 60°C and nozzle heat is 220°C.

First flow rate test showed “okay” results between 5 and 0 so I did test 2 with a starting rate of 1.05

Whats the issue here?

I am not sure what this issue is, but I also have the eSun matte white and I hate it. I am happy with their other colors, but this white is giving me problems every time.

I want to buy the bambu white again but it is out of stock.
