Getting ignored by Bambu support

Okay, this topic is not meant as a rant or anything, and I understand things are busy with the holidays and all that, but I just wanted to know if my situation is normal right now.

So I ordered a SuperTack plate a few weeks back together with some filament. Received the filament, but the plate was missing. Immediately send support a message, they replied a day later, on the 5th of December. They wanted some pictures of the box and the items that were in it so they could forward it to their warehouse. I replied on the same day with the requested pictures. Since then I have not had a single reply, despite several requests of information from my side. I have paid with my CC and can do a chargeback, I guess, but I would rather just receive the item I paid for. Anybody else being ghosted for weeks by Bambu support?

yep same here, had missing items in a makers supply kit, and they said it’s being shipped out with priority, this was maybe 3 weeks ago, still no parts, and no responses on update requests, it’s just how they roll…

usually i have no issues with the orders, though, but when there are, that’s when the fragility of the customer support shows…

Well it looks like you haven’t been here in a while and missed all the fun.

This is arguably one of the most talked about issues with BL. Just take solace in the knowledge that it’s not just you.

On a lark, I did a quick search on the term “Customer Service” and got 268 hits. While not very scientific, it shows just how many grievances there are.
