I’ve been setting up my H2C and even followed the instructions.
I attempted to do a print and I got the following error message.
“Please feed filament into the PTFE tube of the right extruder until it can’t be pushed any farther.”
It’s showing the external spool holder that I’m not using.
I don’t see how I’m able to insert filament into the right hand extruder except for the tube below the one the ams is plugged into.
This really isn’t enough information for us to help you.
ASSUMING you have the AMS 2 hooked up to the right nozzle inlet and the cable is hooked up properly, you load your filament into the AMS and the AMS will read the filament type.
Then, in Bambu Studio you hit “Sync info” to sync your nozzles, then you sync filaments and select “override” and the filaments in your AMS will be listed.
Right click your model and choose “change filament” and select the desired filament.
Hit slice plate and you should be able to send the print.
Granted this was on my H2D but I had a feed issue. I couldn’t figure it out but I found that inside, on the upper left there is a panel held on with one screw. I took that off and pulled off the panel and could see where the PTFE pushed in from the back and then into the filament buffer. Before it hits the buffer it has to go through a little black ring and then into the buffer. My tube was missing the little black ring and veering off so therefore I couldn’t load filament. On the inside of that black plastic panel is a track the tube is supposed to follow but it misses that sometimes. If the PTFE tube isn’t getting past that ring it may be your issue. It’s an easy check and it really helps understanding the path the filament takes. Sorry for the long reply
