Getting really bad first layers, FIXED

No idea whats happening here.

I changed my hot end and ever since I have not been able to get a good first layer for any print on either textured PEI or Cool Plate using PLA. I changed from a .4 hardened steel to a .4 hardened steel.

Any advice is appreciated.

This was caused by me having loose screws in the hot end, didnt tight them down enough,
