What you are seeing here is the Seam. It is tough to hide it on the cylindrical objects that aren’t printed in vase mode. You can try selecting the Seam as “Random” but I find that leaves dots all over the part.
The new way of trying to elevate the seam is “Scarf Joint”. Here is a good video explaining it.
