I was also helped out by the support staff on my issue. I had good communication on my support ticket and was helped out without any issues. I am very aware that Bambu Lab is expanding their business in many areas and have an extreme popularity in the community. Makerworld is still in beta and issues like these with gift cards and reward systems is to be expected. I feel that they are handling the pressure well and put in great efforts to fix issues as they appear.
unfortunately support have threw 2 canned message at me and there are no more reply after. i am still waiting. been like a week
This makes me worried; I have been saving up my points to purchase a new P1S and I’m about halfway there. Hopefully this issue gets resolved in the future.
Don’t be too worried, Bambu Lab handled my support ticket very wellI and my order is now fullfilled. I have in the past had 5-6 different orders where I have used gift cards without any issue. I bet there is some small hiccups they have since giftcards are fairly new for them as makerworld is still in beta.
I appreciate the reassurance! I too have used gift cards in the past, but only on smaller purchases such as filament. I’ve only ever used up to 3 gift cards at once. I know the P1S is gonna require 18 gift cards, so hopefully I can purchase without issue once I get the required points!
I have done purchases with 3 gift cards before as well as 6 gift cards without any issues.
I am also slightly worries. I have 39 gift cards banked now (waiting to see what else new they bring out I think) so it might be a whole new ball game for exchanging them
Wow 39! I’ve been told that you can only redeem up to 15 gift cards a week (after the 14th it displays an error saying “Weekly gift card limit reached”), so as long as you work around that and assuming nothing else goes wrong, you should be good.
There is definitively a limit each week, I am not 100% sure what that limit is, but I have been suspended for redeeming gift cards several weeks. I think the limit is lower than 15 each week. That limit has come later thou. They changed their mechanisms in the background in November.
Bambu Labs can easily implement new measures and rules for how much of your purchase can be bought through gift cards. Nothing prevents them from implementing such rules.
I have previously made some bigger purchases partially paid with gift cards without any issues, the biggest order I had was with 17 gift cards and I paid a small amount in addition for buying a P1S with some additional filament.
Yep…This literally just happened to me with almost identical circumstances to the OP. Only difference being that it’s 2 gift cards and I’m still unsure what to do about the partially paid order?
Do I pay the remainder and let the printer come or try and sort it out first?
Still waiting for support to reply and it’s been over 3 days since I placed the order 
If time is of the essence you pay the remaining amount and will hopefully get the “lost” gift cards back through the support ticket.
But if you have time to wait for the ticket to be processed and see if they can manually fix the order you can wait for the response on the support ticket.
It is in the middle of the holidays, so I would accept some additional processing time on the support ticket.
Just put in an order and it accepted 17 gift cards. Once payment had gone through only 13 of them were applied to the receipt so I fully expect to get one of these emails. It’s not like anything is a big rush, so I’ll see how long it takes to get sorted out on their side
