Ordered a second AMS 2 Pro to run 8 total spools. (Bet I’m going to need a bigger poop can.)
Now, can anyone suggest a good printable stand for this upgrade? I’m thinking on the side because my P2S tends to dance at times when printing. (Doesn’t bother me now that I’m use to it.) Stacking on my P2S might be asking for trouble.
Zero hardware if possible.

That looks really nice and compact. Nice that it includes the hardware to order for it.
Do you know of any that are 100% printable? (No hardware needed?) Not that I’ve got anything against hardware, I’m a Tim the Toolman type.
Print the bearings. Buy the screws for a few bucks on amazon.
There are plenty of static ones. But they are pretty much just shelves.
I am very dubious about zero hardware solutions. Often it is one of these “just because you can, does not mean that you should" things. Also people tell me I use too much hardware in my designs so maybe that goes both ways. I find using a larger motor and heavier frame easier than designing some clever mechanism to increase mechanical efficiency.
Ps I have had a very bad time with printed bearings but maybe that might just be because I put too much load through them for the reason above.
Pps I would consider printed bushings more reliable than printed bearings.

I printed this in PETG and it’s very solid, but not as solid as ASA or a -CF print, I prefer it that way anyways. They slide in and out effortlessly, easy to add and remove spools, and saves on space for my setup.
Edit: If hard to see, it’s 4 AMS’ total 2 stacked side by side, it’s hanging (anchored) from the bottom of the wooden table top, the table itself moves with the printer and AMS’ together. I have to find a solution for the UPS, it didn’t fit in the middle of the AMS’, but not necessary for the time being. I can move this table in and out of my office easily, when especially if I know I’m going to print for a long time and don’t want to deal with the noise. The UPS allows me to do that mid print.
If you have the wall space, there are also some great wall mounts out there. Wall mounts can save a bunch of shelf or desk space if you need it. I think I used the ones from 3d_aniel but there are several to choose from now.
